Terms of service

These terms are between LuckyMenu and the restaurant that uses it.
The service
LuckyMenu provides menus, ordering, billing, printing, a website and reports for restaurants, through the web and an Android app.
The restaurant's part
The restaurant is responsible for its prices, its tax settings (GSTIN, rates, bill format) and the bills it issues, and for who on its staff has access.
Plans and payment
Every plan starts with a free trial. After it the plan's price is due each period. A restaurant that does not pay after the grace period is paused: its menu stays visible, ordering and billing stop until it pays.
Availability
We work to keep LuckyMenu running during service hours and back up data every night, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
Changes
We will tell restaurants before these terms change.
